Veritas-Vault is a Swiss legal-technology platform, operated by Direct Consulting Solutions SA and built from a single thesis: institutional legal work deserves institutional-grade tooling.
Geneva is not an accident of address. It is a deliberate choice of jurisdiction. Switzerland's revised Federal Act on Data Protection — operative since September 2023 — sets one of the more demanding institutional standards in Europe, with extra- territorial reach and meaningful enforcement. For a platform that handles privileged contracts on behalf of institutional counsel, that federal floor is the right starting line.
Beyond the statute, Geneva carries a longer institutional inheritance. Two centuries of private banking have made discretion a piece of regional infrastructure rather than a marketing promise — embedded in legal culture, in professional codes, in the way the city's institutions handle sensitive mandate. Veritas-Vault inherits that posture by domicile, and is engineered to live up to it.
Veritas-Vault is built and operated by Direct Consulting Solutions SA — a Swiss société anonyme established in Geneva in MMV (2005). DCS is the holding entity. It contracts, invoices, employs, and carries the regulatory posture of the platform under Swiss federal law.
DCS holds a track record of two decades in institutional consulting across financial services and legal operations. Veritas-Vault is the firm's second-generation platform thesis: that the tooling institutional counsel use should be engineered to the same standard as the institutions counsel serve.
Most legal-technology platforms treat security as a layer — a set of controls applied to an otherwise conventional architecture. Documents are written to disk, encrypted at rest, surrounded by access logging, and audited periodically. The platform is fundamentally a database with rules in front of it.
Veritas-Vault rejects that premise. Institutional legal work is carried out under privilege, under confidentiality, and under the standing assumption that the document in hand should not exist outside the engagement. The architecture should reflect that standing assumption — not paper over it with controls.
So the choice was structural. Process documents in transient memory, deliver the report, purge the source. No archive, no copy, no shadow. Memory-only is not a feature; it is the architecture trust requires. Everything else on this site is a consequence of that one decision.
Engagements begin with a scoped conversation. Not a checkout.
