i.Statement of practice

We do not use cookies.

Veritas-Vault sets no cookies. Not first-party. Not third-party. The site does not embed tracking pixels, social plug-ins, or advertising tags. It does not use device fingerprinting, canvas hashing, or any other persistent identifier that would survive a browsing session.

Aside from a session token used only after authenticated System Login — which is held in session storage, not in a cookie, and is cleared when the browser tab closes — there is nothing for your browser to remember about us.

ii.What we do use

Aggregate signals only.

Veritas-Vault uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate site traffic. The service operates without cookies and without persistent identifiers. It records visit counts and referrer paths, in aggregate, against a cohort. It does not record personal data. It does not perform cross-site tracking.

The Cloudflare service is held under Cloudflare's EU data-protection terms and applicable Standard Contractual Clauses. Further detail is set out in our Privacy Notice and on the Compliance page.

Discretion is the default.
